“My son has been attending sessions with Callum for a year now and absolutely loves it. As a young footballer Charlie had specific fitness objectives that Callum completely understood, he was able to use his experience and knowledge to put together a schedule for Charlie that has made a real difference.

Callum tries to make the sessions fun and enjoyable while at the same time giving Charlie the push he needs to achieve his goals. I would fully recommend Callum to anyone looking to improve their fitness.” - Sharon (Charlie’s Mum)
“I took my 12 year old son to Callum to help with conditioning for football. He has always been very shy and nervous when starting new things, however Callum made him feel comfortable straight away, he has a great rapport with kids and my son loves going along to his sessions with Callum.

He loves learning about fitness in the gym and its helped him greatly with his confidence and in his football. I can't recommend Callum enough!” - Graeme (Aeson’s Dad)
